Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund or replacement for misprinted/damaged/defective items.  Most of our products are custom made for you after your order has been submitted.  This allows us to keep our prices low but also means we are unable to offer returns or refunds for undamaged products.

Please keep in mind that many of our products include design elements that give a vintage or aged appearance and that often comes through in the printing process.  These elements are meant to enhance the vintage appearance and do not constitute a misprint or defective item.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. 

In the end we want you to be a happy, satisfied, repeat customer.  So please reach out, if you feel there is a problem with your order.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly to address your concerns.

Shipping

We try to offer free shipping with as many products as possible.  Many products are printed and prepared for shipping in the closest facility to the customer.  This keeps shipping costs and delivery times down.

Some delivery locations have higher shipping costs and we are unable to offer free shipping.  In these cases we may include a nominal shipping cost in order to keep our prices as low as possible.

Additionally, some products will have a flat-rate shipping cost which you will see in your cart during checkout.  These are generally larger or more fragile items that require special shipping and handling procedures.

Depending on the mix of products ordered you may receive multiple packages.  Your shipping confirmation emails should provide these details for you.
